3 Bedroom Bungalow - Loose, Kent - 2016

A fantastic location on a quiet lane in Loose, Simva Homes constructed this property with a timber frame shell and rustic brickwork to outer skin.  The Spanish slate really complimented the brickwork.  This property was built with solar panels to the South elevation of the roof, and also had a very discrete fire sprinkler system due to its remote location.  As with all of our new build projects, this property was issued with a 10 year NHBC warranty.

3 Bedroom House - Staplehurst, Kent - 2018

In the desirable village of Staplehurst, we built this detached chalet style property with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, with an extra bedroom and shower room to the ground floor.  On a small site, we still managed to include 2 car parking spaces, and ample rear garden.  With solar panels to the South elevation, the property will be very economical for years to come.

A beautiful plot set back off of the roadside with a private driveway sets the scene for this spacious property completed in 2020.  Once an old cattery, this plot made way for a fantastic bungalow, with Oak framed porch to finish.
